It's like having Ferraris and not knowing how to drive them. Small and medium-sized enterprises are the Ferraris; there is a need to create many Ferrari stables and train as many Schumachers as possible. There are a lack of competent people who make companies competitive. The ARCA project is the project through which these Ferrari stables are created.

I'll tell you an episode that happened to me last year in Italy. I met a guy with a Jack Russell in the park. He was 22 years old and asked me if I knew anyone looking for work, because some of his friends from Sicily wanted to move. I replied that I didn't have contacts with companies, but I wondered: why is everyone looking for work? It's normal at 20 to want to work, but the question is: why are you looking for work? A friend looks for work because she has to earn money, but the problem is not just finding a job, but finding a job that satisfies and makes people happy. Whoever understands human nature cannot help but become an entrepreneur.

It is fundamental to reclaim one's own nature, which has been denaturalized by a mass psychological conditioning.

To become successful entrepreneurs, it is not enough to know the specific subject matter. It is necessary to understand the nature of man. True education must begin with the knowledge of human nature. Only then can you learn everything else. I am here to teach you this human nature, because I am the only one in the world who does so. I ask nothing in return, but it is fundamental that you understand that work is no longer the only way to build a life.
